At SA Promo, we are committed to providing reliable and professional pest control services. Since our business is service-based, traditional product returns do not apply. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

  1. Service Policy
    SA Promo provides pest control inspections, treatments, and prevention services for residential and commercial properties. Charges apply only after a service or treatment plan has been approved and scheduled by the customer.
  2. Inspection Policy
    Free inspections may be available in selected service areas. If an inspection includes a fee, the amount will always be disclosed before booking confirmation.
  3. Service Cancellation
    Customers may cancel scheduled appointments at least 24 hours before the service time without additional charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation or dispatch fee.
  4. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
    • A paid service was not provided
    • The appointment was canceled within the eligible cancellation period
    • Duplicate or incorrect billing charges occurred

Refunds are generally not available if:
• The service has already been completed
• The customer refuses service after technician arrival
• Pest activity returns due to environmental conditions or untreated entry points outside the agreed treatment scope

  1. Re-Service Guarantee
    If pest activity continues during the applicable service guarantee period, SA Promo may provide additional treatment at no extra cost. Guarantee coverage may vary depending on pest type, treatment method, and service plan.
  2. Missed Appointments & Access Issues
    If our technician cannot access the property or the customer is unavailable during the scheduled appointment, a rescheduling fee may apply. Refunds are typically not issued for missed appointments without prior notice.
  3. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days and returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
  4. Service Limitations
    Results may vary depending on infestation severity, property conditions, sanitation, and environmental factors. SA Promo cannot guarantee permanent pest elimination when new infestations or untreated surrounding sources exist.
